Prior to real estate, Cindy enjoyed a successful career in advertising, working for such top NYC-based firms as NW Ayer, Wells Rich Greene, and Geer DuBois. She focused on marketing management for various clients, with a specialty in package goods products. This experience solidified her strong business sensibility and built the foundation of her creative background to reveal the potential of homes and negotiate deals flawlessly.

Sibel Malka
Originally from Istanbul, Turkey Sibel lived in Paris for fifteen years, before settling in Westchester with her family. She has been a resident of Scarsdale since 2015 where her two children attend Scarsdale Schools. She is fluent in Turkish, French and English.
Having relocated on numerous occasions Sibel has lived through these life changing adventures. She is perfectly aware of the opportunities and difficulties that may arise. She understands cross-cultural differences and values, and enjoys helping clients navigate these complicated experiences.
Sibel developed a passion for real estate while searching a home for her family and assisting her friends in their quests. Her own home required considerable renovation which allowed her to develop a large network of designers, contractors and maintenance providers.
Sibel’s decision to join Compass was influenced by its cutting edge technology, tailored marketing programs and the extensive network. While technology has become indispensable in real estate, she believes interpersonal skills, an attentive ear, patience and honesty remain of greatest importance when deciding for what will next be called “home”.
Sibel holds a BA degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in marketing, and held international positions in corporate advertising and sales/marketing divisions.
Tami Earnest

After earning a BFA in interior design from George Washington University, Tami spent five years honing her exceptional skills in commercial and residential design and architecture roles throughout Washington D.C., London, and New York City. She credits this experience with perfecting her ability to spot potential, visualize possibilities, and advise buyers on renovations. Sellers, meanwhile, benefit from Tami's talent for adding value to listings with smart updates and impactful staging. Above all, she strives to make reaching their unique goals wildly enjoyable for every client. For Tami, her loyal repeat clients and enthusiastic referrals are her greatest reward.
Originally from Delmar, New York, Tami now resides in the Scarsdale/New Rochelle area, where she enjoys the wonderful local amenities and easy access to New York City. Aside from real estate, her greatest passion is travel. So far, Tami's adventures have taken her across the U.S., Europe, Israel, Argentina, and Thailand.
